Techconnect is seeking an AI Lead to define and drive our AI strategy across the organization, aligning initiatives with business goals and digital transformation priorities. You will identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions that create measurable value.

You will lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle, ensure governance, security, and compliance, and build internal AI capabilities with executive-level influence to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
• MBA or business exposure preferred.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) advantageous.

• Lead end-to-end AI lifecycle: use case identification, data strategy alignment, model development oversight, deployment governance, and monitoring.

• The AI Lead is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring AI initiatives align with business objectives, digital transformation priorities, and measurable value creation. The role identifies high-impact use cases and translates them into scalable AI-driven solutions across business functions.
• This position leads the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including use case identification, data strategy alignment, model development oversight, deployment governance, and performance monitoring. It ensures AI solutions are secure, ethical, compliant, and integrated with enterprise architecture and operational systems.
• Strategically, the AI Lead drives innovation by embedding advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation capabilities into core business processes. The role builds internal AI capabilities, establishes governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption, and positions artificial intelligence as a competitive differentiator that enhances efficiency, decision-making, and long-term organizational growth.
• Current Role: AI Lead / Head of AI)Experience: 10–15 years total; 5–8+ years leading AI/Data teams with proven enterprise-scale delivery across multiple business units/industries
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science; MBA or equivalent business exposure preferred; cloud/AI certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) advantageous
• Track Record: Delivered measurable AI impact (EBITDA uplift, cost optimization), scaled cross-business use cases, built AI platforms/CoE, and driven adoption at C-level
• Leadership & Governance: Strong stakeholder influence (C-suite), with hands-on experience in AI governance, risk, compliance, and building high-performing AI teams and ecosystems
