Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in IT, data, and AI. You will coordinate developers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires governance of data analytics and AI solutions with strong stakeholder management, risk control, and clear communications across teams and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/DS/Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years IT project management experience.
• Proven experience leading AI, data governance, analytics, and full-cycle projects.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management within data-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT/Data projects end-to-end from planning to closure.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate parties involved in Data Governance, Data Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead AI-related projects aligning business objectives with implementation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports and update management and stakeholders regularly.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Maintain effective communication across all teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects run according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate all parties involved in Data Governance, Data Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead and oversee AI-related projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical implementation, and project deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project status reports and regularly update management and stakeholders.
• Apply suitable project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Maintain effective communication across all teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience managing at least 3 full-cycle projects in areas such as data governance, application development, data science, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven experience leading Artificial Intelligence projects from planning and development through implementation and delivery.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, particularly in data governance, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, solutions, and project implementation.
• Project management certification such as PMP or prince2 is an advantage.
• Artificial Intelligence-related certifications or completion of relevant Artificial Intelligence courses or training is a plus.
