Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Jakarta seeks a creative producer to blend AI-driven tools with traditional content workflows. You will design prompts, edit assets, and support social media content aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with designers and marketing to translate briefs into deliverables, prototype new AI formats, and manage multiple assets to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and Adobe CC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Design or Film Studies is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in creative production, digital content, or multimedia design, preferably with exposure to video production and social media content.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows (ideation, asset generation, and AI-assisted content production) for approximately 2 years is preferred.

AI & Creative Tools

Strong proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support creative ideation and content production. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) for basic to intermediate content editing.

Prompt Development

Able to design and refine structured prompts to generate visual, video, or text-based creative outputs, with an experimental and iterative mindset to improve results.

Content Production

Support the production of creative assets including short-form videos, social media visuals, and AI-assisted multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

Document AI workflows and support preparation of simple reports or presentations related to creative outputs and campaign performance.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate creative briefs into deliverables.

Creative Thinking

Proactively explore new AI tools, formats, and approaches to improve creative output and production efficiency.
