Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia is seeking a Lead for AI Agent product planning and technical implementation. You will design, orchestrate, and optimize multi-agent workflows and build autonomous agent systems using large language models, including tool use and memory management.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to move AI agents from prototype to production, translating complex business processes into scalable, executable workflows and ensuring robust planning and reasoning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Familiar with Prompt Engineering and multi-agent collaboration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Experience with at least one mainstream LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Qwen, DeepSeek) and understanding of Function Calling / Tool Use
• Proven experience in building complex agent workflows (multi-step task decomposition, tool integration, memory systems)
• Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex processes into executable workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with product, engineering, and business teams
