PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia organizes agronomic activities and documents them for management at the head office. You will oversee field operations, monitor health, soil quality and fertilizer schedules, and maintain the OMP database monthly.
You will liaise with partners for field trials, assist Agronomy Managers with data presentation, and produce weekly and monthly production and budget reports while ensuring RSPO/ISPO and safety standards are met.
Organize all agronomic activities at Tolan Tiga Indonesia and document them for optimal use by management at the head office.
Key Responsibilities
Recording & Reporting
Oversee daily field maintenance, harvesting, and pest control operations.
Monitor crop health, soil quality, and fertilizer application schedules.
Responsible for the establishment and update of the OMP Database on a monthly basis.
Use OMP to analyze data, track production, and identify potential issues.
Liaise and support external partners to conduct field trials in accordance with approved Trail Plans.
Assist trained and competent Agronomy Managers in the use of OMP, helping them present Agronomy Data to the Estate team in an easily understandable format.
Prepare weekly and monthly estate production and budget reports.
Fieldwork
Maintain close liaison with Agronomy Staff and RMOs in each region, aiming to visit each site quarterly.
Monitor & report on the progress of Agronomy activities in each region providing guidance on any issues that arise.
Monitor and continuously improve the quality of Agronomy Services in each region
Ensure strict compliance with RSPO, ISPO, and safety standards.
Implement innovative agronomic techniques to maximize yield efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil palm/plantation management.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and plantation management software.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice in his decision letter No. J.A 5/98/22 dated September 21, 1961 and was published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 97 dated December 5, 1961, Supplement No. 650.
