You will analyze agency performance and operational data, identify growth opportunities, and lead key initiatives while providing training on product usage, operations, and platform rules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in agency management, BD, or agency sourcing within Indonesia’s social app industry.
• Strong local agency resources and understanding of the Indonesian market and competitive landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset; proficient in software and AI tools for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Indonesian national; available for full-time, on-site work with fixed office hours.
