Job summary

Amorepacific Group in Indonesia is seeking an Affiliate Executive to drive measurable affiliate performance across leading beauty brands. You will partner with creators, MCNs, and platform partners to accelerate e-commerce growth and GMV.

You will analyze campaign results, optimize programs on TikTok Shop and Shopee, and manage multiple brand priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or e-commerce; beauty/FMCG experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance, track GMV and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication to manage relationships with creators, MCNs and internal teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency required.

What you bring:

3-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or e-commerce, with beauty or FMCG experience being an advantage.

Proven hands-on expertise managing affiliate programs on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A data-driven mindset with confidence in analyzing performance metrics, tracking GMV, and turning insights into action.

Excellent communication skills; able to manage relationships with creators, MCNs, and internal teams.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is required.
