Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Medical Innovation Associate to drive research, development and continuous improvement of our clinic treatment portfolio. You will work closely with Medical, Product, Marketing and Clinic Operations to identify opportunities, translate insights into scalable offerings and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field as stated.
• 1–3 years in aesthetic clinic, healthcare, or product development preferred.
• Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and healthcare product development.
• Ability to translate medical data into actionable concepts.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging aesthetic treatments, technologies, skincare ingredients and trends to identify opportunities.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis for treatment positioning.
• Support development of new treatment concepts, protocols, pricing, and value propositions.
• Coordinate treatment trials, including prep, patient selection, feedback, and outcome tracking.
• Maintain treatment documentation, SOPs, guidelines, informed consent, aftercare, and training materials.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic teams, marketing, product, and operations on development and implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors for product information, samples, certifications, training and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support development and decisions.
• Monitor performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
