Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking a Verification Specialist to ensure effective employment background screening processes and results. You will conduct online verifications, email and phone outreach, and collaborate with HR on internal screenings to drive accurate outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related roles, strong analytical skills, and high integrity. The role includes 6-month contract leading to permanent employment and regional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-related or background check position.
• High level of integrity.
• Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and administration skills.
• Deadline-oriented.
• English literate (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, and databases, and contacting informants by telephone or email.
• Verify information through online media resources, emailing, and databases.
• Email and messages to sources when required.
• Phone conversations with university and company representatives.
• Phone interviews with references.
• Interview resources to gather deeper information.
• Analyze information obtained.
• Collaborate with HR on internal candidate screenings.
• Consult Production Manager before taking action.
• Suggest improvements to production team on field screeners.
• Ad hoc assignments as requested by supervisor.
