Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an Administrator in Loan Operations on a contract basis in Jakarta. The role focuses on organizing customer transaction documentation and processing daily loan operations with accuracy and timeliness in line with bank SOPs and applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.25 or higher, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00).
• Willingness to gain global exposure is a plus value.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Support the Loan Operations Team and collate customer transaction documentation.

General Objectives:

To support LOD Team and responsible for collating customer’s transaction documentation and processing daily loan operation in the Branch accurately and in timely manner in compliance with standard operation procedure of the Bank and the prevailing regulation. Responsible for collating information related to various transactions including but not limited to Loans to deliver high quality of service to customers

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation and various administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures and manuals as well as internal and BI regulations.
• Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet customer's expectations.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) or equivalent.
• Have organizational experience and global exposure would be a plus value,
• Have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Has experienced work with Ms. Excel would be an advantage,
• Willing to work hard and team player orientation.
