SD Guthrie International seeks an Adm. Clerk General Accounting in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on financial reporting, general ledger supervision, and ensuring compliance with PSAK and policies.

You will coordinate with regional teams and support external audits. Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, data reconciliation, and delivering accurate financial information to management.

Responsabilités

• Manage the preparation and review of timely and accurate financial reports in coordination with the Manager – General Ledger.
• Supervise daily GL operations including journal entries, adjustments, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Review financial accounts to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement of report quality.
• Reconcile accounting data with tax reports to ensure alignment and support tax compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (e.g. PSAK), company policies, and group compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes, including managing documentation and minimizing audit adjustments or findings.
• Promote and practice good governance in all financial activities.
• Conduct visits and provide technical support to business units to enhance the quality of financial reporting.
