Job summary

Smile Ready Bali is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to handle high-volume customer inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, and social channels. You will provide detailed information on cosmetic dental services, promotions, and packages, and follow up with leads to improve conversion rates.

You will coordinate appointments with doctors and front office staff, maintain accurate patient data, and generate daily/monthly sales reports while contributing to promotional campaigns and meeting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Admin Sales / Customer Service.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experienced in managing high-volume customer interactions including data entry, reporting, and proactive follow-ups.
• Professional and customer-oriented.
• Responsive and experienced in handling customer inquiries via chat to ensure fast response times and improved conversion.

Responsibilities

Job description

Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and other communication platforms

Provide clear and comprehensive information regarding dental aesthetic treatments (such as whitening, veneers, orthodontic/braces, scaling, and other services), including pricing, promotions, and available treatment packages

Conduct follow-ups with prospective patients (leads) and existing patients to increase conversion rates and encourage repeat treatments

Manage and coordinate patient appointments in collaboration with doctors and the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations

Input, update, and maintain accurate patient data, as well as prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Support promotional programs and marketing campaigns, including distributing promotional information to the patient database

Achieve sales targets set by management

Requirements:
