Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Administrator to oversee marketplace operations across multiple platforms from our Jakarta base. The role involves monitoring complaints from sellers and buyers and ensuring platform compliance with policies and regulations.

You will manage product data, categories, and seller information within the marketplace system, while preparing periodic reports on seller activity, complaints, and feature performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience as an administrator or in marketplace operations.
• Experience in optical/eyeglasses marketplace preferred.
• Proficient in computer use and fast typing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of online business and marketplace fundamentals is an added value.
