Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree, with major in mathematics or actuarial area.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar area
• Student of Local or International Actuarial Exams
• Good commands in English

Responsibilities

• Review distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide updates in channel profitability forecasting.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.
• Update the channel profitability forecasting on a regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
