Job summary

Mekari is Indonesia's leading SaaS company expanding its HRIS and payroll consultancy team in Jakarta. You will assist clients in setting up applications, advise on HRIS/P ayroll best practices, and support problem-solving to ensure smooth system adoption.

The role involves gathering client requirements, implementing solutions, and providing regular updates to the manager on client needs and issues. A background in IT, accounting, or HRM with payroll experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, Accounting or HRM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of payroll or HRIS experience.
• Knowledgeable about Payroll components like TAX, BPJS, Overtime is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements.
• Provide consultancy for a client about best practice HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Support and give problem-solving to clients.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Payroll or having experience in HRIS company.
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable of Payroll software, TAX, BPJS, Overtime, and the other Payroll component are related is added value.
• Good analysis.
• Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.
• Fast learner and independent.
• Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
