Job summary

Beaufortindo in Batam seeks an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to lead the accounting team and manage tax matters for corporate clients. You will oversee financial statements, ensure tax compliance, and nurture client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting or audit, a Degree in Accountancy, strong English, and proficiency in Xero and MS Office. You will mentor staff and collaborate with auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or audit firm experience.
• Degree in Accountancy or related qualification.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

About the Role

Beaufortindo is looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to join our team in Batam. You will manage accounting and tax matters for corporate clients while leading the accounting team and supporting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting and tax functions for corporate clients
• Review financial statements and ensure tax compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies
• Mentor and supervise team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accounting, tax and advisory support

Qualifications
