Job summary

PT. Stellaris Technology Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated Accounting Tax professional to join our dynamic team in Tangerang.

The role reports to an overseas Finance Manager based in Singapore and will manage the full set of accounts, perform month- end closings, and prepare monthly reports with variance analysis. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with 1–3 years of relevant experience, is proficient in English, and has experience with Accurate accounting software.

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with Accurate accounting software is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume data accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a very big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full set of accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings in accordance with HQ timelines.
• Preparing monthly financial reports with variance analysis for Finance Manager review.
• Guiding and supporting the Finance Assistant in daily Finance tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including corporate income tax, VAT, import tax, withholding tax, audits; and other regulatory obligations.
• Coordinating with external government institutions to file tax requirements on time.
• Driving improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Managing the full set of accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.

Ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings in accordance with the timeline set by HQ.

Preparing monthly financial reports, including basic variance analysis and explanations for the Finance Manager's review.

Guiding and supporting the Finance Assistant in daily Finance, Accounting Tax tasks.

Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, including corporate income tax, VAT, import tax, withholding tax, annual audits, and other regulatory obligations.

Coordinating with external government institution to ensure the timely filing of all tax requirements.

Driving continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

About you
