ICS Travel Group is seeking an Accounts Support to join our Finance Team on a 6-month fixed-term project in Bali, Denpasar. The role focuses on daily accounting tasks, reconciliation, payments, and currency handling with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
You will work with Xero, Trev, and AI-based reconciliation tools to support client funds, supplier payments, and financial administration while developing experience in an international travel business.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Support team member to join our Finance Team on a 6-months fixed-term project.
Our dedicated Finance Team plays an important role in ensuring the organization's financial activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while providing reliable support to our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
As an Accounts Support team member, you will assist with a variety of day-to-day accounting and financial administration activities, including account reconciliation, payment processing, foreign currency transactions, client fund allocation, and investigating account queries.

Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies.
Reconcile creditor accounts using our specialized Trev system.
Prepare and upload payments through Xero.
Update and maintain foreign currency exchange rates as required.
Process foreign currency transactions, including refunds and payments.
Allocate and reconcile client funds accurately.
Work with our AI reconciliation system to investigate discrepancies, identify variances, and assist with problem-solving.
Ensure accounting records and financial transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
Assist with other accounting and financial administration tasks as required.
Review financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual variances.
Investigate the underlying causes of reconciliation differences and assist in resolving them.
Ensure all transactions are properly allocated and reconciled.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all financial activities.
Work confidently with accounting and financial systems, including Xero, Trev, Excel, and AI-based reconciliation tools.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technology as required.
Support the Accounts Lead and wider Finance Team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role.
A background in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with accounting software such as Xero is an advantage.
Ability to work with foreign currencies and understand basic currency conversions is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
A strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
Good business acumen and an interest in understanding how financial activities support the wider business.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential company and financial information.
Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure.
