• Experience with international payments and banking operations.
• Understanding of invoicing, expense documentation, accounting, and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation
• Prepare, review and organize invoices and supporting documents
• Ensure all company expenses, payments, bonuses, reimbursements, professional fees, and other business-related costs are properly documented and recorded for accounting and tax purposes
• Work with banks and payment documentation related to international transactions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are supported by appropriate documentation
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve accounting processes and reduce unnecessary expenses
• Proactively identify potential accounting or documentation issues and propose solutions
• Coordinate with management, banks, tax consultants, and other external parties when required
