One Belian Seed PLT invites applications for an Accounting Executive to support the finance function during the company's initial setup in Jakarta. The role focuses on daily financial administration, accounts payable/receivable, and coordination with local banks.

You will maintain the general ledger, assist with monthly reporting, and help prepare bank transfers and banking documentation. Fluency in Mandarin and English and a diploma or degree in accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is advantageous.
• Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payment requests and monitor payment schedules.
• Verify invoices, receipts, expense claims, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and accounting records.
• Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Liaise with local banks regarding account opening, banking documentation, and daily banking matters.
• Prepare bank transfers and payment instructions.
• Monitor company bank balances and banking transactions.
• Assist with financial documentation required for company incorporation and operational setup.
• Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
