Modinity Group in Jakarta Timur seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end AP process, verify invoices for accuracy, and schedule payments in line with terms. You will ensure timely postings and reporting within ERP systems.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in AP and a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting. Exposure to Oracle Fusion, SAP, Odoo or Accurate is a strong plus, with Brevet A/B certification advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable in manufacturing or distribution.
• Solid understanding of AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation: VAT, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Coretax.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion; SAP/Odoo/Accurate considered.
• Brevet A/B certification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
• Scheduling payments based on agreed-upon terms and company policy
• Reconciling accounts payable with vendor statements to ensure accurate postings and timely payments
• Recording financial data related to invoices and payments in accounting systems
• Monitoring and managing expenses related to accounts payable
• Assisting with other AP tasks as needed, such as preparing reports or responding to inquiries
