Job summary

Beca is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to help run a high‑quality AP function from our Jakarta office. You will process invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely EFT payments while upholding strong financial controls.

You’ll work with internal teams and vendors, maintain vendor records, and support month‑end activities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP, solid Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience in Accounts Payable and strong financial controls.
• You can use SAP or Oracle Fusion and Excel proficiently.
• You communicate clearly and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• You hold an accounting qualification or are working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and obtain approvals.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic payments (EFT).
• Respond to supplier and internal queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support month-end close.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
