Job summary

PT. Alcotraindo Batam is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations. You will handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 2 years of accounting experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP familiarity (Navision or SAP) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Navision or SAP ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Accountant and Accounting Manager in daily operations.
• Process supplier invoices with three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
• Create purchase invoices from GRN records.
• Monitor and reconcile GRN and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AP aging reports and payment vouchers.
• Coordinate with Treasury to process payments.
