Job summary

PT Izumi Sentul Realty is seeking an Accounting and Tax Staff to support daily accounting and tax activities for PT Izumi Sentul Realty and the Opus Park project. You will post journal entries, reconcile accounts, review tax deductions and VAT, maintain ledgers, and coordinate with vendors and auditors as part of a project-based finance team.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 2 years of experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Experience in property or real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial transaction recording.
• Good understanding of tax deductions and VAT.
• Experience with account reconciliation and supporting documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Review tax deductions and VAT on vendor invoices and subcontractor bills.
• Maintain and organize general ledger and tax-related documents.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting files.
• Support the Accounting and Tax SPV in improving accounting and tax processes.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents for external auditors.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors regarding accounting and tax documentation.
• Support accounting and tax administration related to Opus Park project operations.

This role handles transaction recording, account reconciliation, vendor and subcontractor documentation, tax-related review, and financial document administration while supporting the Accounting and Tax SPV in maintaining accurate and compliant financial processes.
