Job description

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations for hospitality business units, ensuring accurate financial records, proper cost control, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations for hospitality outlets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform revenue reconciliation between PMS / POS systems, bank statements, and accounting systems.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, cash handling, and petty cash usage to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Review inventory movements and ensure proper Cost of Sales (COS) allocation for F&B, amenities, and operating supplies.
  • Coordinate and monitor cost control initiatives for F&B, rooms, and other operational departments.
  • Support month‑end closing processes, including journal entries and basic financial reporting.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience handling multi‑outlet or multi‑entity accounting is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of revenue reconciliation, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with PMS, POS, and accounting systems used in hospitality environments.
  • High attention to detail, well‑organized, and able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operational and F&B teams.
  • Willingness to be based on‑site in Lombok.
