Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for a coal mining operation in Indonesia. You will manage financial transactions, prepare journals, ledgers, and reconciliations, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Indonesian accounting standards.

The role requires minimum 3 years in accounting within a coal mining company, strong cost accounting skills (Cost per Ton, stripping ratio), and proficiency with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting at a coal mining company.
• Understanding of bookkeeping processes through to financial reporting.
• Understanding of RKAB preparation and monitoring and quarterly reporting.
• Understanding of Cost per Ton, Stripping Ratio, Overburden Removal, Coal Getting, Hauling, and mining operational costs.
• Accounting software experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record all company financial transactions accurately and on time
• Prepare journals, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Reconcile mining operational costs with production data
• Calculate and monitor production costs (Cost per Ton) as a basis for management analysis
• Prepare data and supporting documents for RKAB preparation, RKAB realization reports, and quarterly reporting to relevant authorities
• Prepare data for internal and external audit requirements
• Reconcile coal inventory, sales, and production costs
• Ensure all transactions and supporting documents are properly documented
• Coordinate with Operational, Mine Engineering, Survey, Finance, and Tax departments regarding financial data needs

Key responsibilities

Record all company financial transactions accurately and on time

Prepare journals, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
