Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking an Accounting Manager (Mandarin speaker) to oversee day-to-day receivables and coal-industry accounting, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You will manage invoicing, payments, tax declarations, audits, and monthly/annual closings, coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams in finance and operations.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Indonesian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Coal industry or bulk trading experience preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; Indonesian knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance.

Mandarin Speaker - Accounting Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of receivables and accounts of coal companies, with a focus on financial compliance and operational efficiency within the coal mining industry.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day receivables and accounts of coal companies

Audit payments and reimbursements

Manage invoicing and invoices

Handle tax declaration of coal mine industry (such as PPN, PPh, etc.) to ensure tax compliance

Oversee overall accounting of the company and monthly and annual checkouts

Optimize financial business integration

Perform other day-to-day tasks assigned by leadership

About you

Have worked in the coal industry, or in bulk trading

Speak Chinese and English; knowledge of Indonesian is preferred

College degree or higher in accounting and finance related fields

Responsible and careful in doing things

Familiar with tax policies and filing procedures of the Indonesian coal mining industry

Ability to make independent accounts

Good ability to read and write English

Familiar with financial and Office software

Good interpersonal communication and expression skills

Team spirit and spirit of hard work
