Responsibilities include recording transactions, preparing financial reports, managing payables/receivables, and assisting with audits and tax reporting. The ideal candidate has a D3/S1 in accounting or related field, at least 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Work experience in Accounting/Finance of at least 1 year preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain data confidentiality.
• Able to work individually and in teams.
• Experience working in manufacturing/factory companies is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Record company financial transactions.
• Create and review financial reports regularly.
• Manage company income and expenses.
• Perform financial data verification and reconciliation; manage invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Record company payables and receivables.
• Assist with payment processing and collection.
• Assist with managing operational and production cost reports.
• Prepare data required for audit and tax reporting.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and in accordance with company procedures.
