Job summary

PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon, Banten, seeks an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team as a full-time member responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the company’s financial operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.

You will work with end-to-end accounting processes, notes to financial statements, ICFR compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of accounting and/or ICFR experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare full set of financial statements and notes.
• Support ICFR framework and controls testing.

• Manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and AP/AR support

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon, Banten. As a full-time team member, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the company's financial operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification is a plus (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial reporting and ICFR
• Proven hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes within a large-scale manufacturing industry.
• Prior exposure to financial statement preparation, including Notes to Financial Statements
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with audit processes and working with external auditors
• Experience in a public accounting firm or corporate finance environment is an advantage
