Job summary

PT Dinito Jaya Sakti is seeking an Accounting Senior Staff (General Ledger) to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and timely reporting for our multi-plant manufacturing group.

The role covers journal posting, month-end closes, asset and cost accounting, stock reconciliation, audit support, and process improvements with a contract-based arrangement and a requirement for a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of GL experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years experience as Accounting Senior Staff or GL Senior.
• Comprehensive understanding of General Ledger, Tax, HPP and Asset Management.
• Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, disciplined, and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software; able to work in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage journal entries and daily transactions per company policies.
• Conduct monthly closing and prepare internal reports, debt and tax reports.
• Record fixed assets, depreciation, and pre-operational costs for machinery and plant projects.
• Reconcile GL accounts including Bank, receivables, payables and inventory.
• Perform bank/cash balance reconciliation between Excel and ERP.
• Coordinate stock opname across plants and reconcile data discrepancies.
• Support external auditors and tax department; prepare audit documents.
• Maintain systematic filing of tax and accounting documents.
• Evaluate processes and propose improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Job description

Accounting Senior Staff (General Ledger) position responsible for ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions and preparation of financial reports in a growing manufacturing company.

Employment status: Contract

Immediate start required

Key responsibilities

Manage journal and financial transactions ensuring compliance with accounting standards (PSAK) and timeliness, control and verify daily transactions against company financial policies, reconcile GL accounts including Bank, receivables, payables and inventory

Conduct monthly closing, prepare internal financial reports in Excel, debt reports/bank facility reports, and special reports as requested by management

Record fixed assets and prepaid expenses monthly with depreciation costs, and update pre-operational cost progress for machinery and factory development projects

Calculate stock reports (HPP) manually for comparison with ERP system, analyze production costs against company standard cost

Perform bank and cash balance reconciliation between Excel Finance and ERP

Participate in end-of-month stock opname across all plants, oversee implementation and manage stock opname data discrepancies

Coordinate with external auditors, tax department, and relevant institutions during audit or tax reporting processes, prepare audit documents, and reconcile balances for monthly and annual tax payment/reporting needs

Conduct systematic filing of tax, financial, and accounting documents

Evaluate and provide recommendations to management to improve process efficiency and internal accounting controls

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Accounting Senior Staff or GL Senior, preferably from manufacturing industry with multi-plant/branch operations

Comprehensive understanding of accounting cycle (General Ledger, Tax, HPP, Asset Management)

Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, disciplined, and accustomed to working with tight deadlines

Proficient in operating ERP systems and accounting software

Able to work both manually (Excel calculations) and systematically with high accuracy

Able to work collaboratively in team, flexible, proactive, and ready to assist with tasks outside main job description for operational management continuity
