Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking a highly analytical Finance Reporting & Analyst to join its team. You will perform monthly financial and operational performance analysis for JV entities, prepare public releases, review KJPP reports, and assist with strategic corporate actions.

The ideal candidate has public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred), strong knowledge of Auditing, Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and IFRS, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), Senior Audit Associate or Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing, Financial Accounting and Regulatory Compliances.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and IFRS.
• Experience auditing clients across sectors (Oil & Gas, Mining, Technology, Manufacturing, Retail).
• Strong technical skills: MS Office, ERP software, Bookkeeping, Cashflow planning and management.
• Professional certification such as Brevet A/B/C is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and English fluency.

• Proven professional experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) with preference given to candidates who have reached a Senior Audit Associate level or have Big 4 experience.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing, Financial Accounting and Regulatory Compliances.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Previous experience auditing clients across a range of sectors (Oil & Gas, Mining, Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, ERP Software, Bookkeeping, Cashflow planning and management.
• Possessing professional certification is an advantage, such as Indonesian Tax Certification (Brevet A/B/C).
• Great communication skills and fluency in English.
