• Strong understanding of consolidation, IFRS/local GAAP, and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and major ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information across all entities in the group.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and charges to ensure group-wide accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws (PPH, PPN, CIT) and IFRS/PSAK standards.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external auditors and prepare schedules/documentation.
• Assist in implementing new accounting policies and guidelines; coordinate with Bank Indonesia for Simodis reporting.

Job description

Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information such as financial statement across all entities within the group.

Reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and charges between subsidiaries to ensure accurate group-wide figures.

Ensure all group entities comply with local tax laws (e.g., PPH, PPN, and Corporate Income Tax if localized to Indonesia) and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS / PSAK).

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, preparing required audit schedules and documentation for all entities within group.

Ensure financial practices meet statutory requirements and prepare documents for external audits.

Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.

Cooperate with Bank Indonesia regarding Simodis reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years as Accounting Manager / 5 years as Accounting Supervisor

Experience in machinery trading company (lots of export-import transaction) is a plus

S1 in Accounting / Finance

Strong understanding of consolidation processes, IFRS / local GAAP, and corporate tax regulations

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred

Managing tight deadlines and high-pressure situations within the team calmly and effectively

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various business units and senior management

Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail

Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
