Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related role.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, journal entries, account classification, and financial reporting.
• Experience using Accurate Accounting System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of financial transaction coding and journal entries.
• Review financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper classification of transactions.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies or incorrect account classifications.
• Review journal entries and ensure transactions are recorded under the appropriate accounts.
• Conduct journal review, including checking the accuracy of expense and income classification.
• Prepare financial reports based on data extracted from the Accurate Accounting System.
