Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support financial administration, accounting processes, and operational reporting within the company. You will assist with reimbursements, invoices, vouchers, and basic accounting tasks to help maintain accurate records.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a solid grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in Excel and Office, and willingness to learn. Immediate joining is preferred to support ongoing operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of transaction recording, inventory, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate in Hokkien is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of reimbursement, transportation cost, payroll, BPJS, and other financial recaps.
• Assist in verifying supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Help prepare Payment Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers for daily transactions.
• Assist in recording financial transactions into the accounting system and performing bank reconciliation.
• Support inventory recording and goods receipt input into the system.
• Assist in conducting warehouse stock opname.
• Maintain and organize financial and operational documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
