Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate from Accounting or final year student (without classes) with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
• Proficiency in data entry and financial record-keeping is essential.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel/Spreadsheet tools, including formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming invoices from vendors and ensure they are valid and recorded in the accounting system.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with tax regulations before payment.
• Bookkeep vendor statements, disbursements, and other purchases/payments.
• Reconcile daily bank mutations against bank statements.
• Ensure revenue transactions are accurate and complete daily.
• Generate and issue customer invoices promptly.
• Reconcile cash receipts with outstanding invoices.
• Monitor weekly AR aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Support external and internal audits.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming invoices from vendor, ensure the transactions are valid and in line with the existing SOP and recorded correctly in the accounting system
• Verify the bills/invoices and make sure they are valid, accurate, comply with Tax regulations, and properly authorized for payment before recording it in the ledger
• Perform bookkeeping of the vendor statements, disbursement, bills from the vendor, and others financial transactions related to company’s purchases and payments
• Verify daily bank mutations and reconcile daily transactions against bank statement
• Ensure daily revenue transactions are correct and complete
• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices promptly
• Reconcile cash receipt in bank statements to outstanding invoices
• Monitor weekly AR Aging, identify outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances
• Support audit external and internal
