Job summary

PT Softex Indonesia is seeking an organized intern/administrative assistant to support AP payment document handling in Tangerang. You will verify and archive physical documents, and maintain records in Softex Go and FIN Library.

You will prepare documents for audits and related requests while processing barcode orders for quick retrieval. Responsibilities include retrieving archives from CROWN and assisting with tax audit document compilation, under supervision of the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
