Job summary

PT THE COSTUME MAGNIFIQUE in Batam, Indonesia seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily transactions and financial records. The role requires preparing monthly financial statements, handling costing, and supporting tax administration.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of accounting experience, proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, and strong attention to detail. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic food or retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) manually.
• Solid understanding of accounting, costing, and basic tax.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest and organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting documentation.
• Handle capacity planning and costing.
• Handle purchasing and expense tracking for kitchen needs.
• Monitor petrol/fuel expenses and usage.
• Process AP and AR, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain filing and proper accounting documents.
• Assist with tax administration and audit requirements.
