Job summary

OGB Enviromental Technologies is seeking a Finance Officer in Indonesia to oversee payment processing, petty cash, and bank payments. You will monitor discrepancies and support leadership with accurate financial data for timely decision-making.

Role requires understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and strong Excel skills. Prior experience in finance operations is preferred and adherence to budgets is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in finance.
• Experience in finance operations or taxation in private companies is preferred.
• Understanding Indonesian tax regulations, particularly PPh and PPN.
• Understanding of bank and cash payment procedures and petty cash management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to compile data and reports accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Process payment requests by completing and verifying supporting documents to ensure valid and timely processing.
• Manage petty cash including recording, disbursements, and reconciliation to maintain controlled and well-documented cash funds.
• Execute bank and cash payments according to approvals and schedules to settle third- party obligations accurately and on time.
• Monitor bank and cash payments from submission to realisation to prevent delays, errors, and payment discrepancies.
• Provide financial data support to leaders for effective decision-making and financial needs monitoring.
• Apply knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations regarding PPh and PPN in payment processes to ensure correct tax withholding and documentation.
• Ensure expenditure compliance with procedures, authorisations, and budgets to prevent deviations and minimise financial risk.

About you
