Responsibilities

Create journal entries in the internal recording system
Verify the accuracy of invoices to be processed
Input payments in business internet banking
Document vouchers for receipts and expenses
Manage routine financial and administrative work to ensure smooth operations
Oversee cash and bank accounts and all transactions
Prepare invoices and payment requests
Present monthly financial reports
Provide various types of reports including profit and loss statements and trial balance
Verify accuracy of reports, figures and other records, and report any discrepancies
