Job summary

PT Sinar Jernih Suksesindo in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the finance team. You will perform monthly bank and cash reconciliation and maintain accurate ledgers in Accurate and Coretax DJP systems.

Responsibilities include calculating and reporting PPh 21, PPN Masa, PPh 23, and PPh 4 ayat 2 monthly, plus preparing the annual corporate tax return and assisting with audits. Proficiency in Excel is required; 2–3 years of experience and a D3/S1 in Accounting or

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
• 2–3 years experience in Accounting position.
• Proficient in tax regulations: PPn, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat 2, PPh Badan, PMK & legislation.
• Able to create, reconcile, and report E-Faktur and E-Bupot in Coretax DJP.
• Proficient in Accurate Online / Accurate 5 for journal entry, general ledger, financial reports, and tax reports.
• Able to prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Vlookup, Pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with understanding of PSAK and deadlines.
• Brevet A&B Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliation.
• Archive all financial documents neatly and systematically.
• Calculate, prepare, and report employee PPh 21 monthly.
• Calculate, prepare E-Faktur, and report PPN Masa monthly.
• Calculate, prepare E-Bupot, and report PPh 23, PPh 4(2) monthly.
• Prepare Annual Corporate Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan) and assist with tax audit process.
• Reconcile sales data between Accurate and DJP Coretax.
• Coordinate with AR/AP regarding vendor and customer tax withholding.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow from Accurate.
• Prepare accounts payable and receivable aging reports and conduct follow-up.
