PT. CIPUTRA RESIDENCE is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to supervise daily accounting activities for our property and mall operations, ensuring accurate recording of revenue, expenses, payables, and receivables.

You will prepare monthly financial and management reports, review tenant billing and rental income, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and assist with internal and external audits. Based in Mal Ciputra Tangerang, with cross-department collaboration.

• Supervise and manage daily accounting activities for property/mall operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis for the property/mall.
• Monitor and review tenant billing, rental income, service charges, utilities, and other mall-related revenues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• Assist in preparing data and documents for internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Experience as Auditor is highly preferred

Strong understanding of financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external parties
