Job summary

J&T Cargo is seeking a seasoned Head of Accounting & Tax in Jakarta to lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and tax compliance across monthly and annual closes. You will drive policy, controls, and collaboration with auditors and authorities.

The role requires 10+ years of managerial experience, deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation, and strong leadership and communication skills for senior management. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation.
• 10+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations, and audit processes.
• Leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• English communication required; Mandarin is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• Good command of English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
