Roast Lab is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Accountant/Junior Accountant to manage daily financial records and improve our accounting processes. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant / Junior Accountant to help manage and improve our daily financial records.
You will be responsible for keeping our accounting records accurate, organized, up to date, and under control, including expenses, daily spending, sales, payments, and other financial transactions.
Record and maintain daily transactions in Accurate Accounting Software.
Organize and monitor company expenses and daily spending.
Maintain and update sales and financial reports.
Check and reconcile transactions, payments, and bank records.
Review existing records and help clean up any errors or missing information.
Ensure invoices, receipts, and financial documents are properly recorded and organized.
Prepare basic monthly financial reports and summaries.
Maintain organized accounts payable and receivable records.
Help improve and maintain proper accounting procedures and systems.
Provide financial information and reports to management when needed.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
Experience using Accurate Accounting Software is highly preferred.
Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
Detail-oriented and careful with numbers.
Organized and able to manage financial documents properly.
Able to identify mistakes or discrepancies.
Responsible, honest, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently and take ownership of their work.
