Job summary

PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk, a leading cable manufacturer in East Jakarta, seeks a treasury/AP supervisor with 5+ years in treasury or finance operations to strengthen cash management and working capital.

You will prepare cash flow projections, coordinate payments to vendors and government, manage credit facilities, and maintain bank relationships; strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury AP or finance operations experience.
• Experience in cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Knowledge of banking transactions, loans/credit facilities, and LC transactions.
• Strong working capital understanding and financial analysis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow projections.
• Ensure funds availability for operations and settlement of obligations.
• Manage vendor, employee, government, and other payments per procedures and limits.
• Oversee funding/financing needs, including credit facilities and banking facilities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks for transactions and needs.
• Evaluate and improve treasury processes to enhance efficiency and risk control.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or related field.

Min 5 years of relevant experience in treasury AP, or Finance operations.

Experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, AP, banking transactions, loans/credit facilities, and LC transaction.

Good understanding of working capital and cash flow management.

Strong excel and financial analysis skills.

Good coordination and communication skills, attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and the settlement of the company's obligations.

Manage the payment process to vendors, employees, government, and other parties in accordance with applicable procedures and authorization limits.

Manage funding/financing requirements, including credit facilities and the utilization of banking facilities.

Establish and maintain communication and coordination with banks regarding transactions, banking facilities, and company needs.

Evaluate and improve treasury processes to enhance efficiency and risk control.
