KNS Group seeks an Accounts Payable Officer to support the Singapore-based finance operations. The role handles end-to-end AP, currency payments, reconciliations, and month-end close while coordinating with the Singapore Finance Team and international stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Officer to support the finance operations of our Singapore company.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including foreign currency payments, vendor and bank reconciliations, prepayments, month-end closing, and support for Singapore GST reporting.
This role will work closely with our Singapore Finance Team and international stakeholders, making strong English communication skills essential.
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from invoice verification to supplier payment.
Review invoices, supporting documents, approvals, payment terms, and payment details.
Process and coordinate supplier payments in multiple foreign currencies.
Perform vendor, bank, AP, prepayment, and advance reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, outstanding balances, duplicate payments, credit notes, and unallocated transactions.
Prepare monthly reconciliation schedules and support month-end closing and financial reporting.
Prepare and reconcile purchase and expense data to support Singapore GST reporting.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, reconciliations, and outstanding documents.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
Support audit requirements and contribute to process improvements within the Finance function.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong understanding of AP processes, accounting fundamentals, and reconciliations.
Experience handling foreign currency and international supplier payments.
Experience with bank, vendor, prepayment, and AP reconciliations.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Acumatica or similar ERP is an advantage.
Exposure to Singapore GST or Singapore accounting is highly preferred.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with an overseas/international finance team.
