• Understanding of supplier payment processes and financial administration.
• Strong analytical and administrative capabilities.

• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Experience handling international supplier payments (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing companies (preferred).

• Schedule and process Account Payable payments for international suppliers.
• Manage Down Payment (Pre-payment) processes according to company procedures.
• Verify invoices, Purchase Orders, and supporting documents before payment.
• Ensure all payments are made on time according to schedule.
• Reject or request revision of documents that do not meet company standards.
• Monitor outstanding Account Payable.
• Prepare accurate Account Payable and Down Payment reports.
• Manage payments for certain local vendors such as PPJK and DHL.
• Record petty cash transactions regularly.
• Manage BPJS payments according to schedule.

As an Account Payable Officer - International, you will ensure all payment processes to international and local suppliers run accurately, on time, well-documented, and in accordance with company procedures. This role is not merely processing invoices; it is safeguarding the company's trust with global business partners. You will be an important part connecting Finance, Purchasing, Import, Logistics, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure every transaction is completed without obstacles.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and process Account Payable payments for international suppliers

Manage Down Payment (Pre-payment) processes according to company procedures

Verify invoices, Purchase Orders, and supporting documents before payment

Ensure all payments are made on time according to schedule

Reject or request revision of documents that do not meet company standards

Monitor outstanding Account Payable

Prepare accurate Account Payable and Down Payment reports

Manage payments for certain local vendors such as PPJK and DHL

Record petty cash transactions regularly

Manage BPJS payments according to schedule

About you
