Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge in accounting, budgeting, and costing concepts.
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office software.
• Ability to forecast, prepare financial reporting, and perform reconciliations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and supporting documents from vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain complete and accurate documents.
• Assist treasury with preparing documents for payments and reconciliations.
• Reconcile debt balances with vendors and confirm discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and internal users to resolve payment terms and discrepancies in the system.
• Review debt balances and flag unusual or long-outstanding items.

Coordinatewith internals(purchasing dept oruser) ifthereislackor discrepanciesfoundbetween with supportingdocumentor applied procedure.

Proactivelyfollowupvendors aswellasinternalto completeunresolved issues.

Reconcile debt balanceto vendorwith confirmation.

< p>Reviewing debtbalancetovendor,ensuring there isnounusual itemand long outstanding item.

Coordinatewith purchasingifthere isdiscrepancies arefoundbetween termofpayment insystemwiththose thatareapprovedbyvendor.

Assist thetreasuryteaminpreparing supporting documentsfor invoices to be paid.

Verifiedand process employees’ claim.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field

Good knowledge in Accounting, Budgeting Process, and Costing

Familiar with SAP program

Able to do Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation

Proficient in operating Ms. Office

Good in Analytical Skill
