Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking an Accountant/Accounts Payable Associate to verify vendor invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts payable in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Jakarta. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure accurate records and timely settlements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1+ year of AP/Finance experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Familiar with invoice verification, vendor payments, and AP reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process vendor invoices against PO and delivery documents.
• Prepare and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Handle tax administration related to AP.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Account Payable or Finance (F&B industry is a plus)
• Familiar with invoice verification, vendor payments, and AP reconciliation
• Good understanding of basic taxation (VAT & withholding tax)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with high-volume transactions
• Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally
