Job summary

PCI Private Limited, a Celestica member, is seeking a results-focused account executive in Bandung to manage relationships with global customers and grow revenue by expanding existing business. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage contracts and price negotiations, and achieve monthly targets for orders, receivables, and inventory risk.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics, 3+ years in EMS/Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics required.
• 3+ years in EMS/Manufacturing with CRM experience.
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with global customers.
• Grow business with existing customers to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Manage customers' orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
• Manage customer contracts to ensure compliance and negotiate contract updates as required.
• Meet monthly targets set for order fulfilment, account receivables and inventory risk.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry; and at least 2 years' experience with Customer Relationship Management
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
