Job summary

PT Transcosmos Indonesia is seeking a Japanese-speaking professional to support clients in the OTA/accommodation sector. The role focuses on handling escalated cases, resolving accommodation-related requests, and maintaining thorough ticketing documentation.

You will interact with customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring adherence to SOPs and guidelines while working a shifting schedule and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese or able to communicate with Japanese-speaking partners.
• Diploma or degree (D3/S1) required.
• Minimum 1 year of OTA/hospitality experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated cases and follow up based on SOPs and instructions.

• Handle escalated cases and follow up based on the applicable SOP and Working Instructions.
• Provide appropriate solutions for accommodation-related requests and complaints within the agreed SLA.
• Create and maintain accurate ticketing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the latest SOP, Working Instructions, and company guidelines.
• Actively participate in team activities and operational initiatives.
• Communicate with Japanese-speaking partners and customers using Japanese when required.

Requirement:

• Minimum D3 or S1, any major.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in OTA, hospitality, reservation, or a related field.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule based on operational requirements.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
